I started riding motorcycles in June of 2006. On a ruse with Pretzel, I ended up getting my permit and was loaned one of Pretzel’s cycles. Soon I was commuting to work and enjoying riding. That same friend (Pretzel) and I (Kickstand) formed the Nobody Motorcycle Club. The Nobody’s do not discriminate regarding cc’s, we obey all traffic laws, like accordion music and are born to be mild. We welcome you to join us on a ride. We’re from Duluth (Mn.) and We’re stupid!
People are always coming to me and asking “what is the Nobody life style”? I usually say it would be easier to tell them what it is not! At that point, people usually lose interest and walk away. That interaction in many ways reveals much about our lifestyle.
To the untrained eye the Nobody Lifestyle is non-existent. How can a group, which seems to lack influence, importance and power have a distinct way of living. We do, but nobody cares to notice. Here are the traits which best defines the NLS.
Fun Loving: we enjoy stupid insignificant activities
Self Effacing: we are willing to look foolish
Silly: we find joy in acting immature
Creative: we fine pleasure in making something out of nothing
Where am I going? I don’t know, but I am going to be the best Nobody I possibly can in route.
So you Nobodies go out and live up to your name and all you somebodies eat your hearts out.
