Ten Sixty Six MCC was formed in August 2004 by Ian & Brian and officially sanctioned on the 7th October 2004. With over 30 years riding experience between them they had been considering joining a bike club for some time, and in the end decided to start up there own club so that they could organise events.
Originally the meets started at the Iron Horse in Stetchford but it was decided the pub was not suitable for a bike meet so they moved to the Old Royal Oak in Hockley Heath and went on from strength to strength.
