The First 1% Motorcycle Club in Europe Began in 1963 Proudly Known As The Blue Angels MC
The Blue Angels MC have a chapter in Spain as well as other countries throughout Europe. Blue Angels MC Spain formed in 2012 in Costa Azul, Murcia, Spain.
In the 1980s upon arrival in Spain, Dirk Van Damme decided that a Spanish chapter was necessary, the first step was to request the necessary permits from all European chapters, this began the task of building the Spanish chapter. Initially, members of several European chapters came to live in Spain, unfortunately, due to the economic downturn in the European Union, jobs became difficult to achieve and the economy broke down.
Many returned to their country of origin. In the early years there were a large number of potential members, who wanted to use the patch, but by the rules it was not possible, unfortunately, many fell on the road, only the toughest make the crossing. In October 2012 the number was reached necessary of full members, and the Spanish chapter received its Letter no less, than by the mother chapter and one of the founding members, Lenny Reynolds. The event was attended by all the chapters of Europe, and a few selected and invited clubs. The chapter is going well. The Blue Angels MC Spain now have a second chapter called Murcia.
